My music is about honestly connecting the soul with the realities of life--digging through the ashes at times, running in the sunshine, or hiking through lonely wild places to find the treasure set out for each of us. Music can serve as a means to recognize the silver lining of every cloud, and as encouragement to pick up and move on having grown wiser in the process. Life is a journey that takes one through valleys of suffering and across mountain tops of boundless joy, and to learn to embrace the two extremes and accept the "in-betweens" is a humbling yet stabilizing anchor in the storms. My greatest hope for this album is that the songs will meet you like a long lost friend, encourage you, and accompany on your journey wherever you may be at.
