On this second single on his own imprint, Ernesto joins forces with local soul and gospel talent Markus Z; a hugely talented keyboardist and a talkbox-wizz. The main track "Spin On" is a mixture of contemporary gospel and lush falsetto vocals, over a beat packed full of Zapp & Roger inspired 80ies funkyness, although with a definitive update on the beatside, balancing between futuristic electronica and funky retro. The flip side is "Pretty Lies", which is not so much on the 80ies tip but a more straightforward R&B number, packing equisite choir arrangements with the Ernesto-signature written over it, and tear jerking lyrics.
