Background first appeared red on our ADE Sampler for 2011. When we first heard this track at Rise Ashens studio in Ottawa Canada, we had had to have it on the label thus Licsensing Rise's mix mix for the label.
For the EP release, we have taken Rosina's sultry Sade-esque vocals and had a cross section of Mixed Signals talent come up with thier own unique renditions. Ranging in styles no two mixes are alike, From Andy Roberts' ad lib dub to Roy Davis's Spiritually uplifiting soulful house gem to DC's (Derek Codlin) vocal mix, also contributing mixes are the aforementioned Rise AShen Mix, and Mixed Signals newcomer Yan Gordo (France), and Vicamari (SA).
