Zak Waters does it all. A mixture of funk and soul, Waters has a certain finesse about him, as he produces, sings and DJs. The talent LA-based musician came on my radar earlier this year, as I caught one of his energy-filled shows right before the release of Madeon’s latest hit single “The City”, featuring Waters on vocals.

Waters’s new track “Gimme Little Sign” just dropped last week, embodying the same soulfulness I’ve become used to with his catalogue. An interesting mix of Electronic and Indie/Pop, Waters does it once again, producing a beautifully cohesive result.
