CJW; who hails from the UK and is the label boss of his own wireLab Records brings an upfront, hard-hitting release to Terminus Audio. Tracks with slamming kicks and slicing percussion fit for a peak time dancefloor - that still retain a sort of Detroit-influenced chord-driven sensibility. The result is a package with two heaters: 'Awareness' and 'Broken Hammers'. We are confident that these will be a welcome addition to the arsenal of any gigging DJ. 'Awareness' is a deeper trip, while 'Broken Hammers' is centered around a simple but infectious synth line and plenty of bass to boot. Polished and highly effective tunes is the name of the game with this excellent EP.
