Ciro Visone returns to Digitized with his uplifting style that always breathes emotion and power into the Trance scene. This E.P. is a collection of some of his finest work to date.

BlackBird (Original Mix)

First up is BlackBird. Big kicks and a rolling bass are there right from the off and theres loads of drive in this track. The low bass is one that will pound club systems and with the rolling bass gives this a track a dark sound, so its definitely one for those who like the darker edge of uplifting trance. Building up with almost errie fx and plucks the track retains its darkness in the break. Gritty pads make way for warmth a huge piano riff that with have hands instantly pointing to the sky as listeners embrace the mixture of darkness and uplifting. The main lead filters up and brings the main uplifting element to the track. At the drop, the big rolling bass comes back to really drive the track along. Warm, subtle pads give the track real depth and techie effects bring all the elements together to make a complete track, that will have dancefloors and DJs bouncing.

Flying On The Moon (Emotional Mix)

Flying On The Moon again brings tight punchy kicks and rolling basslines to the show. Acidy fx and orchestral style pads build the atmosphere right from the start and its not hard to see why Ciro has called this the Emotional mix. Gradually building and building this track uses the pads and plucks to great effect as it ushers in a key change that gives the track real progression. At the drop pianos add to the depth, before the huge dark strings take over, complemented by warm and glassy pads building a huge atmosphere. This is a track that will sounds fantastic in a large venue because it will fill the room with that euphoric feeling that only trance provides. The hook is subtle and compliments the pads perfectly, before the drop where all the elements gel together to deliver an uplifting and atmospheric trance bomb. This track is definitely one for those who are looking for a building track that has a richness to the sounds and a warm to the feeling.

Power Drift (Original Mix)

The final track on the EP, Power Drift, again offers a high energy rolling bass. Of the three this is probably the most pumping in terms of bass energy and will instantly get your feet tapping or heads nodding. Acid elements and glassy plucks build the track as elements filter in. Building slowly again, the track never get repetitive and more and more elements keep on coming giving it real depth. Itll take a few listens to hear everything thats going on in there, thats for sure. Again with dark elements and pads in the drop this track is definitely one for dark trance lovers. With a relatively short breakdown which uses just pads and drums to build to the drop, this tune comes in with a bang. The big pads and driving bass mean this is a great track to have a good stomp to; and we all love a good stomp when were in a club. So if high energy driving trance with a dark atmosphere and acids is your thing, then check this out.

Another really strong EP from Digitized and one that is definitely one for those of you who prefer things on the darker edge.
