Alston Koch is a living, music legend in Asia - one of the very few Asian vocalists to have English language music hits.
Now a naturalized Australian Alston is still the only Sri Lankan born artiste to have his album for sale in the professional marketplace worldwide.

Alston's chart success began in the 70's with his group 'Dark Tan' being credited with bringing disco to Australia. Their hit 'Disco Lady' went gold at the peak of the 'Countdown-era', in recent years he has been the 'Tourism and Cultural Ambassador' for Sri Lanka while creating many unique projects including the commemorative single for cricket legend Muthiah Muralidaran and the theme song for the 2011 Cricket World Cup.

Alston was introduced to World MW audience by Alicia Keys as 'a legend and superstar' and in 2010 was inducted into the Hard Rock Cafe's Hall of Fame.
His latest single 'Soul Sounds' has already been a top 10 hit in Australia and after a memorable event for 10,000 people in Hikkaduwa, Sri Lanka a few year ago Alston formed a friendship with fellow headliner at the event from the UK 'Paul Mendez' and after a few years they finally decided 'Soul Sounds' was the track to collaborate on along with Miami native 'George F' got the studio speaker's rocking with an explosive club remix which is sure to take dance-floors around the world to a new level of emotion and energy.
