Beatz Projekted didn't start playing the piano when he was 7 years old, he did not attend music lessons since age 10 and he did not start producing when he was 13, instead his first encounter with EDM was just a few short years back. Upon entering a club and witnessing masses of music-hungry fans grooving to that addictive, rhythmic beat... Beatz Projekted instantly realized that this is what real music is all about.and that THIS was his true calling. Since then he has been focused on producing tracks that people can groove and get down to! Whether house, techno or electro, each track has only one purpose: to make you MOVE!
Quickly gaining a strong following of fans and fellow producers, with his music being played in an ever-increasing amount of clubs, parties and radio shows, Beatz Projekted shows no signs of slowing down.

Recent collaborations with Swedish rapper Tk Tycoon, have rocketed their way into the Top 40 in Germany, Austria and Sweden, not to mention being played and supported by Sander van Doorn, Darius & Finlay, Bodybangers and countless other DJs.
That having been said, 2013 might just prove that this young talent has got what it takes to Projekt his Beatz all over the world!

Josh McCann is passionate and enthusiastic about music this is evident as he started of Djing at the age of 14 for friends, this was simply a hobby rather than a career. In 2007 he could the opportunity to start to play in different clubs, at this stage he was mainly playing hardstyle due to the sheer demand for the genre and because of Josh's persona and party attitude the energy from hardstyle went hand in hand in his sets.
Josh then had the amazing opportunity to be entered into the CoolFm DJ competition which through determination and talent he was able to win. As a result of this he was quickly snapped up to play in the Coach nightclub in Banbridge.
Then over the next few years a due to a natural progression as a Dj Josh moved into the electro scene, which he was been playing for the past 2 years. Inbetween Djing in different clubs he has also been running his own events to help up and coming DJ's to get noticed by giving them opportunities to play in clubs.
2012 Josh has been working on producing his own tracks, with years of Djing with music he feels the next natural progression is to move into production, and is excited to see where this will take him.
