John Morris has played classical guitar in the Pikes Peak region for the past thirty years. He is a recently retired high school teacher who has now turned to playing guitar full time. He has taken master classes a wide range of teachers and hopes to make COTTONWOOD the first of many recordings.

The title COTTONWOOD comes from the name of the Art Academy where John has studied drawing and painting for several years. He has an abiding desire to integrate the visual arts and guitar in future instructional programs for schools and the public.
