The lyrics to "Closer" were written from stories told to me by a few people about their dreams and struggles to be the people they wanted to be.

The song was originally written by Seth Sharp (in Iceland) then sent to Lionel Crawford (in the US) who produced the track and added the extra instrumentation (bass, drums, synths).
