This record is extremely important to me because this is the first time since my first studio album "Evolution" that I have worked with other producers. I was allowed to stretch my abilities and do some very different things while staying true to what makes my sound unique. It is also the first time in a long time that I was actually excited to record this record. With producers like Eriq Troi, Hexx and JeMel "Burner" Rankins inspiring me to write again and conceptualize the birth of "GOLD".
