When "So Many" people wish failure or worse upon you, just for the simple fact that you are doing better then they are in life. For example if you have a higher income then someone who wishes you would fail, just so they can feel better about their monetary situation. If your significant other is better looking then theirs and they want what you have because they are unhappy with their situation and want yours to fail. All in all when "So Many" people 'hate' or wish bad things upon another becasue they are insecure with what they have and want what you have, but cannot obtain it in real life.
