Bronx-born, worshiper, singer, and songwriter, Cinnamon Ruth Leggett, was destined to sing from birth. A musical family upbringing assured that music would be a part of her life, whether during family gatherings or on the stages she now engages. Beginning with the clarinet, Cinnamon sought to explore her musical abilities through Dillard School of the Performing Arts, where she eventually found her place in voice. As her vocal abilities continued to sharpen, her spiritual awareness began to take shape and a life abandoned to Jesus Christ led to an intimate worship life through song.
Now having made Raleigh, NC home, the warm influence of southern culture has become hers along with her husband Sean Leggett and five children Brianna, Kaylynne, Elliott, Kenrick and Jeremiah. Cinnamon is currently an active member of Just Worship, a citywide movement to make worship available in the Triangle area, regardless of church association, denomination or status of salvation. She is the director and founder of CINITTAP Mu
