The Joey Goldstein Quartet - Thanks Charlie (JG-003) is Toronto-based jazz guitarist Joey Goldstein's third album release, the other two having been released in 1988 (The Joey Goldstein Band - Time's Square) and 1993 (Joey Goldstein & Friends - A Strange Little Tune).

Good question.
But hopefully you'll agree that it's about time for a new album already, eh?
This outing features fellow Torontonians John Johnson (tenor, alto and soprano saxophones), Jim Vivian (acoustic bass) and Vito Rezza (drums) and contains 8 new original contemporary jazz compositions from the leader.
Recorded, Mixed and Mastered December 2012 through March 2013 at Number 9 Recording Studios in Toronto.
