Suffering in Silence (Explicit)

With no major features vocally, Inja proves his talents are more than capable of holding down a whole album. With production expertise from the likes of Dj Nappa, Propha-c, Nu Tone, Toeman and Skuff of the ‘Delegates of Culture’, and of course Inja himself, you are guaranteed to be in for a more than dynamic musical journey.

The Lp kicks off with the beautifully hypnotic “Pictures”, which paints a different scene with every verse. This is followed by “Fuck U”, the middle finger anthem for all those rowdy people of the world who like to rebel. “Truly Deep” is an uplifting melodic sound that takes you into the first interval, “Skit3”, with “Deep Breath” next up, with its down tempo head nod therapy leading you into the powerful “What’s The Point”. This track is aimed at all those who fake, front and try to act like something they aren’t; and it puts them all in their place. Next in the running is “Same story”, where Inja breaks down his life over one of the best productions around. Next on the agenda is “Baddness”, based on all the boys out there who think they’re grown before their time. Inja breaks them down in the correct way. “Skit 2” follows in a godly manner as an intro into “Little Letter”, one of the deepest tracks on the Lp, covering all issues from war to love. “Suffering” is next, with its eerie start into an almost G-funk production where Inja shares the pain of friends and life. This makes way for “Troubles Go”, an in-depth story about a friend who chooses the wrong path: What would you do? Leading you into the finale of “Till Its Done”, telling you all that if you’re gonna smoke or drink at least do it ‘till its done’.

All in all, as debut albums go, this is a must have in your collection.
