So the end of the cd was pretty much finished except for a couple songs. We were waiting for some collaborators to finish verses and I felt like the album needed something to bring it all together. Being a huge fan of the Wu-Tang Clan ever since my childhood, I thought to myself, Popa Wu would be a fantastic fit for this album. He is a very strong spiritually minded individual with great poetic rhythm when he speaks. He speaks from the heavens, as if he isn't of this earth. It's almost like the feeling you get when you read revelations. When Popa Wu starts to build, his words transcend and keep you in check, almost as if you better listen or else. But at the same time, you feel a complete calmness as if a pin could drop and you could hear it.

I called Popa Wu up and asked him to be on the album and the only problem was that he didn't have a place to record. I told him not to worry and the next day I sent a cd, as well as a Tascam DR-07 digital recorder, to Br
