"PULSE" is the debut album from guitarist LT (Linda Taylor); true to her own voice and emerging from a lifetime of learning. A self-produced, mostly self-performed work of instrumental funk, the album draws upon LT's background in R&B and funk, while showcasing her blues driven guitar playing and her jazz-based harmonies. From the soul-drenched epic, "Baby Blue" to the angular "Kanji To Me" through the Curtis/MeShell influenced "Can't Complain", LT's playing marries the freedom of jazz with the foundation of soul, into a fusion that can only be described as "MonkFunk".

LT may be best known for her work on the ABC Television show "Whose Line Is It Anyway?", hosted by Drew Carey and now in production on its sixth season. The stellar cast includes Ryan Stiles, Colin Mochrie, Wayne Brady, Chip Estin, Brad Sherwood, Greg Proops, Jeff Davis, and special weekly guests. "Whose Line" features Linda Taylor and keyboardist Laura Hall improvising music in support of the cast, who adlib themed lyrics. LT and Miss Ha
