Guitarist/vocalist Strat Andriotis started out in the rock band Eleven Degrees in 1987.After the release of two singles that received airplay in
Canada and Europe and a showcase for Capitol Records in Daytona Beach
Florida the band ended in 1990. In 1991 Strat played in D-FORM an experimental punk/heavy rock unit which featured Dave King on drums
and Rick Hind on bass/keyboards.
From 1994 to 2001 Strat was involved in a acoustic duo with Tom
Carney on piano/keyboards/samples.The duo released three cd's garnering
airplay in the United States and Canada.When Strat finished the last cd
with Tom Carney he wanted to go back to his hard rock roots.
Strat music can be described as original alternative hard rock music that
evokes moods from early 70's heavy rock to Stone Temple Pilots to Soundgarden.Fronted by Strat Andriotis on guitars/vocals with Dave King
(the Cloudsmen)a.k.a. Sweet E on drums and Les Pukes on bass/keyboards.
Live performances will feature Ralph Michelli on bass guitar.
The debut cd "Nice" to be released in March 2004 to be
followed by a video for the song "Routine" directed by Rick Hind
(who directed two videos for Radiohead television with the Tripti Ensemble
Crew).
