Ok, here goes…
When I was a kid I really wanted a synth…
Eventually I got a synth, a really cute synth….
After much experimentation & fun I realised that what I actually needed was a bass…
So eventually I sold the synth and got a bass…
So I played bass in bands and gigged/recorded for several years…
got a proper manager, had major label interest, played everywhere, did quite well …
It all fizzled out though and I ended up on my own…
Then I thought I should go solo, y’know - do stuff on a computer….
I have been doing that ever since…
Still play bass mind…
And I really wish that I hadn’t sold that cute synth, it was cool!
By day I'm a mild mannered computer programmer.
By night I'm some kind of solid gold sh*t kicking beatbox bastard.
