Bana is a ministry of Worship and Evangelism, which as Banner of God, identifies and represents a group of people with a common goal: Bringing the message of God to the nations.
Bana: is the phonetic pronunciation of the Japanese word Banner (NISI as the word used in the Bible in the book of Exodus 17:15).
Its aim is to attract, highlight, made public, and communicate a message: "The Message of Salvation"
Bana is a band with expressive fusions of genres such as Funk, Gospel, among others.
Born in August 2011 but is the December 25, 2012, when they released their first single "Por Tu Amor" at Hard Rock Cafe Santo Domingo, in the "ROCKON Concert", which was widely accepted by listeners.
They get their inspiration and influences from God and great musicians/bands such as: Torre Fuerte, Rene Gonzalez, Thalles Roberto, Coral Kemuel, among others.
His musical essence is fed by each of the members of the band, making it unique in Dominican Republic.
The December 15, 2013 they released their first EP, an short album of 6 songs, with songs of thanksgiving and exaltation to God.
Bana is characterized with being different, worship God as priority and without placing limits on their worship, working hard for God to be known among the nations without requiring blessings, just waiting on God's timing, reason why God gradually going up, and publicizing.
