Pineal Gland Stimulation Through Isochronic Tones

Pineal Gland Stimulation Through Isochronic Tones

The Tonal Mediation Collective is a science focused philosophy of sound-assisted meditation practice. Created by sound engineers using cutting edge subtractive-synthesis technology, each isochronic tone in this meditation sequence has been carefully constructed to biologically resonate and vibrate the physical body, creating optimum conditions for traditional and focused meditations designed to activate and stimulate the pineal gland. In this series we have paired specially designed isochronic tones with a variety of soothing background white noises, including birdsong, ocean sounds, and womb noises (to simulate womb regression). The pineal body (or pineal gland) is an endocrine gland in the vertebrate brain. It is a producer of melatonin and other seratonin derived hormones and is critical for numerous human functions such as regulating sleep and preventing neurodegeneration. René Descartes believed the pineal gland to be the "principal seat of the soul" and viewed it as the third eye. Many practitioners believe the pineal gland can be affected by conscious meditation, and believe that through meditation the gland can not only be activated and influenced, but purified as well. Instructions for Use: We recommend sitting comfortably in very dim lighting and playing the tone of your choice on a low to moderate volume. Begin to concentrate on the point of connection between your spinal cord and the inner center-base of your skull. Begin to visualize a point of white light emanating outward from that point, and calm and slow your breathing. Hold this meditation for 2-5 minutes (or as long as you can) and repeat as you are able. Welcome to the science of meditation.
