This album is driven by the influences of music I listened to in my formative years. The emerging West Coast country/rock that came out of the California folk scene of the mid 60’s. Bands like, Manasas, Poco and early Grateful Dead. With that in mind we produced this with moderately heavy reverb, bright drums and the occasional echo and reverse guitar. Vocals are front and forward highlighting the stories being told.

I have written and played music my entire life, but as life happens I have been immersed in the world of commerce; founding and helping manage Elysian Brewing Company in Seattle, WA for the last 19 years.

The structure of the album (rhythm guitar and vocals) were recorded at my home studio BDO studio. The sessions were recorded with Grammy award producer Scott Colburn at his Gravelvoice Studio.
