Level 3 was an obscure 90s booty bass artist best known for the underground classic known as "True" or "True (Story)". After the track's 1994 release, it has appeared in several complication albums. Although not much is known about the group, said track was produced by DJ Quick Rick and written by D. Milligan, M. Sanders, and R. Lopez.
