Sylvester "TP" Egbe and Elisha "Freak" Turner, collectively known as the JD Boyz, are two Nigerian born emcee's that have been taking over the ATL music scene by storm. Hailing from Nigeria, the JD Boyz moved with their family to America when they were at the tender age of 4 years old, settling down in sunny Florida. This would be their stomping ground for the next 6 years before they uprooted and moved to GA. The JD Boyz settled in Decatur and were enrolled into Bethune Middle school to finish out their early education. Once they graduated from there they went to Redan High School, which is also the Alma mater of fellow emcee Cyhi Tha Prynce, and played sports for all four years. With a drive that won't quit the boys graduated from Redan with their diplomas and learned how to be good at business while working in the streets and perfecting their craft. The JDB Boyz decided that music is what they would pursue and they started working with engineer/producer Young Juve, who's worked w with Myko Montana on his "Do it" single and the Franchise Boys on their "White Tee"track. These talented artists aren't rapping in hopes of getting rich one day, they're rapping because they want to reach the streets with a powerful message.
