Although Grunge and Hip hop music were now keeping formerly commercial AOR, hard rock, and heavy metal bands in the lower reaches of the album charts?and preventing most from hitting the Hot 100 at all?the track entered Billboard's Mainstream Rock Tracks chart for four weeks, peaking at #37 in June.
