S.I.S.T.E.M. (Saved Individuals Sharing Their Evolving Mentalities) is a bay area Christian hip-hop group that combines upbeat music with gospel lyrics. The group brings an evangelical as well as a teaching approach to the hip-hop world. S.I.S.T.E.M. started back in January 2001 and is comprised of four members: Marlan Simpson (Papadapalas), Alphonso Thompson (Spank Digga), Cedric Lyons (Cedy Ced), Maurice Foster (Bro. Moe Teezy), ). S.I.S.T.E.M. has performed more than 100 concerts and is known for their animated personalities, and energetic performances.
