Since the early 2000s Marcus Meinhardt has established himself as an integral part of Berlin’s house and techno scene: As resident DJ at Kater Blau, a successor of the legendary venues Bar25 and Kater Holzig, and with his own label Heinz Music, which is celebrating its 10 year anniversary in 2022. Most of his hits were released on the influential Berlin Label „Katermukke“.

More than enough reasons for us to be thrilled to welcome Marcus Meinhardt with his release “Black Gravity” on Ritter Butzke Records.

Opening this remarkable two-tracker with “Black Gravity”, the main title combines a dynamic bassline with forward-driven peak time rhythms, luring the listener down a subliminal vocal path into an atmospheric wormhole.

The second track "Hypnotic" with featured artist “Beatamines” comes with dystopian vocals and a prime-time attitude, bringing a mesmerizing acoustic message and high energy to the dance floor.
