Joe has never been one for major formalities. For instance, he cuts his hair by pulling it up into a (1)____ on top of his head and just cuts it. Born and (2)____ in Central California, he has pretty much been a (3)___ all his life. Late in life, Joe made a leap to Los Angeles with his first band (4)_____.
