Lithuanian upstart Zakmina returns to Roam Recordings with two new stunning originals backed by ace remixes from Donald Dust and Roam alum Fabrizio Mammarella. The title track,Viral News, is a pulsating 80s infused thriller that builds with driving energy. Caroline takes it a bit deeper with its intricate synth work while keeping it big and moving. Up first on remix duty is Donald Dust who reworks the title track into freestyle territory with its rhythmic play of the original’s 80s vibe. Rounding out the EP is Fabrizio Mammarella’s psychedelic acid take on Caroline that has early morning warehouse written all over it.
