Juan Ddd returns to Agile with his new techno EP 'Kings'. Juan starts things off with 'Kings' which is a futuristic blend of techno bleeps. A pulsating melody mixed up perfectly with a gritty driving bassline. 'El Bronx' has the same techno feeling, a bouncy techno groove joining an array of elusive melodies on the foreground. The melody is then mixed with a heavy bassline that remains distorted while the varied of elements give to this track an epic feel. Closing this EP is 'Queens', with solid drums and plenty of haunting samples. This track holds a serious techno groove as it bounces over synths, though a lot of credit goes to the melody, which is contagious. A perfect EP and extreme care from Juan Ddd has been taken with this release. Quality stuff once more for Agile.
