From The Chaos Night
Ethan Fawkes, multifaceted artist, knows how to surround himself with creative musicians, known and newcomers. Thus he offers his new EP, From The Chaos Night, remixed by two young Liege projects: E-Squad and Anamorphosis and mastered by Len Lemeire who has seized all the potential of three pieces.
The original title sets the tone by haunting sounds, hypnotic, marked by an electro rhythm. Mystical voice emphasize the darkness of about; a heady atmosphere where heavy electric guitars provide contrast and relief. Effective composition without compromise in which the claw of Ethan Fawkes is obvious.
Anamorphosis is based, for their remix of the EBM scene and noise with bare passages, deconstructed where the aggressiveness of the original piece is expressed without restraint. Synthetic sounds robotic, which highlight the riffs that really works. An angle of attack certainly aimed at underground parties where dancing and travel mix.
Heavy percussion and minimal approach, and E.-Squad begins his remix. After a few steps, it is natural that a new vision of the piece is required. Clearly intended for dancefloors with contemporary sounds, inspired techno movements or dubstep, this remix is a must trip for lovers of electronic endless nights.
This EP, released in Tailwhip Records, may ultimately serve as a yardstick in the field: a brilliant original piece that is modified, reconstructed and gives birth to two original remixes that leave no room for wearness. A beautiful exploration of three different musical worlds but complement each other harmoniously.
