Simon Huxtable returns to form under his Aural Imbalance moniker for this beautiful release, featuring elements of deep, tech and progressive house. Fellow British newcomer Joe Pike makes his debut with a big room breaks rework, adding spoken vocals and new synth and chord arrangements. Also features remixes by progressive maestro Rupert Avis under his Audapta outfit, as well as a lush ambient mix by Embarcadero founder Donald Wilborn under his West Portal alias. On the flipside, 'Rebound' is a straight forward slice of melodic house that builds and builds, with spacey pads and floating keys that are a journey all of themselves.
