What is Erebus? Maybe it would be better to start with what we are not. We are not marketable. We are not in this for fame or money or whatever it is some bands are in this for. We are not going to melt your heart with soulful harmonies or dazzle you with masturbatory solos. We are not thrash-melodo-blackened-post-death-core. We are not over-polished or digitized or auto-tuned. This album was recorded in four days with the money we earned playing the music we love. We think it’s pretty representative of our diverse brand of political extreme metal: raw, straight-forward aggression and energy that we have brought to audiences since 2005.
