Strings of Swing
An album dedicated to the music of Django Reinhardt and Stephane Grappelli.
Recorded at Sydney's Studios 301 in glorious digital where the musicians played in a circle around a Calrec soundfield microphone. The left/right spacial positioning of the band was decoded during the mix to create a true surround sound experience. This is definitely "the Hot-Club in Hi-Fi."
