Although Ms. G is known for her uncanny performance of America the Beautiful, using several kazoos played simultaneously in different orifices (orifi?), she also sings like a bird (Ford Thunderbird, to be exact) and plays bonafide, sweet licks on the ukulele. This album is evidence. Accompanied on the low end by Jon Keay on contra bass, and recorded entirely in rollerskates, this album is best described as rock AND roll.
