He is addicted to working out…..especially cardio workouts, but his passion is, and always has been, music.
Skyler was born in Bayou LaBatre, Alabama, one of seven children raised in a single parent home. At fifteen he left his familiar surroundings and roamed the countryside with his older brother who owned a karaoke business. He entered the contests and began to win…night after night. He’d found his passion. The audiences assured him he was “right on”. Skyler’s path had been laid and the singer was born.
Life led him to Prattville Alabama and while working his day job, he was approached by a man who’d seen him perform. “Why don’t you get me a CD… I’ve got family in the music business in Nashville and I’ll see they get it”. Skyler was skeptic
