Karen M. Smith and David Snyder began their musical association back in 1993 when they met at the ASCAP film composer's seminar; David was a featured composer and Karen was on staff as the head music librarian. Shortly thereafter, they performed for the first time together as instrumentalists and discovered a unique pairing of musical sensibilities.
