Pete Buchwald is a songwriter, multi-instrumentalist and producer. He is an instructor of audio production for The University of Colorado Denver, as well as an adjunct faculty member at Colorado Christian University.

Pete has his undergraduate degree in jazz arranging from The University of North Texas, and his master’s degree in recording arts from The University of Colorado Denver.

He enjoys programming music, taking advantage of virtual instruments in the computer to create drum beats, synthesizer elements, and other sounds for his song demos.

He’s a sucker for the sounds of the Hammond organ and telecaster guitars.

Before coming to Denver, Pete was on staff with Campus Crusade for Christ in Boston, where he was a program director for a weekly meeting. He oversaw music, audio, video, coordinated student musicians, and arranged/composed music.
