Jeff Franzel is a successful songwriter who has written hits for 'NSYNC, Josh Groban, Placido Domingo, Shawn Colvin (Never Saw Blue Like That and When You Know), The Temptations, Taylor Dayne (Don't Rush Me), Clay Aiken and Dianne Reeves ( When You Know). Jeff has had songs on over 20 Platinum records throughout the world. His songs have been featured in a number of films including Runaway Bride, Serendipity, Deja Vu, Barbershop and Confessions of a Teenage Drama Queen.
Jeff is also a jazz pianist represented by Yamaha and has accompanied artists such as Frank Sinatra, Sammy Davis Jr., Mel Torme and Michael Feinstein. He released his first jazz quintet CD Taken By Surprise a few years ago featuring his original compositions and is excited to be releasing his first solo piano CD. Jeff recorded it at Oscar Peterson Hall in Montreal. He is based out of NYC and is currently performing throughout the country.
