"Life Force Riddim" is an album with a variety of songs ranging from Lovers reggae to some concious ones The first song on the album is “Love" followed by "Leave me in peace" the third song is "Guilty" which is a smooth blend of R&B and Reggae, then comes "Same Old Day,” sang by reggae legend Norris Mann. All eight songs are lyrically powerful. There is also an instrumental version of the Life Force Riddim.
