Have you ever met someone who was really good at telling stories? They can almost make you feel like you were there yourself. Like you experienced the emotions being portrayed in front of you. Some native american tribes would honor good storytellers by making them chiefs or leaders of their people. In a way, we even do that in our own culture by commemorating movie stars or film directors. Stories communicate across languages and cultures, and although every nation has its own, there are stories that we all share. One of those is about a man from Israel that was born 2,000 years ago.
We’re Commoner and we’re a folk band from a small town in North Indiana. We made an album to share some of the stories that have changed our lives. You see, that man from Israel used to tell amazing stories about gardeners, friendly travelers, and forgiving fathers, but the most amazing story was the story of His life. All throughout history, God revealed Himself to men and women through stories, but the life of His son, Jesus,
