Like a messenger on a bike...music is such an incredible carrier of story. Song can do things speaking can't. Music attaches itself to us differently. It's why Alzheimer's patients forget their own family members but don't forget the words and melodies of hymns from their childhood.

Music is powerful, but you have to know what you want to say. People can tell if you mean it, and that doesn't change if you add piano and guitars. So we write songs about what we see God doing in us and around us…right here in the biggest little city…Reno, NV.

When most people think of Reno, they think of nearby legal prostitution, and folks wasting their last precious years gambling.

 But in the shadows of casinos, there is something else happening.

When Jesus enters someone’s story, anything is possible. The isolated find community, the addicted find healing, the restless find purpose, marriages find love again and people live for something bigger than what they can wrap their arms around. We want to deliver some of what we’ve seen by making a record.

Normally, we'd tour to raise money for a studio project, but we've been busy investing in Living Stones, one of the fastest growing churches in the country.
