Released in 1991, "Unsigned 2: The Dotted Line" was the second release in the series, and was dedicated exclusively to South Florida's hard rock scene.

The album features notables such as Vandal (who released the album "Julian Day" in the U.S. and Japan), Code Blu, and Naked Rhythm (later signed to Massacre Records).

This album has been out of print for nearly 12 years and is now once again available exclusively for digital download.
