Chris the former rhythem guitar player for the band Rough Cut, was living in Studio City at Steven Pearcys' / Singer of RATT. There they recorded songs in Steven's personnal studio out in the back. After listening in on Kenny's singing, Steven decided to give Kenny Mac the nod to go on and finish the songs that he and Chris had started. Mark Droubay, the Grammy Winning Drummer of the group "Survivor",soon joined in on the action.
Kenny knew Micheal Hatcher from their years together in LICKITY SPLIT. So once Chris took off to Oregon, Kenny, Mikey, and Mark went on to gather a couple more hot shot players and run with the plan...
