Everything started in 2012, when Jacob and Timmy made different styles of house music; Timmy made Progressive Melodic House and Jacob more Electro House. Considering the range of artists and music available, they set out to mix these styles and develop their own sound.\r \r They started collaborating and tried to do something unique, and not long after their first track was born, "ID", with the artist name "Rush West". After that they have spent countless hours and all their spare time in the studio, working on ideas for new tracks, while staying true to the “Rush West” sound.\r \r With releases such as “Dear Friends” on Trice Recordings Sampler, a division of the mighty Armada Music, a lot of free tracks and also full EP forthcoming in October, “Rush West” are just getting started. \r Already supported by the likes of Martin Garrix, Dyro, Nicky Romero, W&W, Thomas Newson, Paul Oakenfold, Morgan Page, Matisse & Sadko, Jacob Van Hage, Estiva and more, these young Swedes are quickly making a name for themselves.
