Shuggie Otis and Michael McDonald inspired SF/Bay Area based producer, Joe Bagale, to write a song. A couple of Mondays later, they inspired an Identity. His name is Otis McDonald. His mission: Music Otis Mac's tracks have been downloaded over 3 million times exclusively through the YouTube audio library, and already have appeared in thousands of people's videos. It might be the best music nobody has ever heard. Funny how the business works.
